What our great clients said about us
We are very proud to be working with them.
“Eva's approach has always been very professional, with an effort to understand client's requirements not only in the area of knowledge & professional skills of the candidate, but also in terms of personal characteristics. These characteristics brought me to take part in a mentoring program that promotes the personal & career development of women, and Eva is one of the leaders of this program.
I am really grateful to know her.”Hana HoblikovaHR Director - Vitkovice Steel
“Eva and her team approached me directly when they were searching for a new CEO for a larger international financial group. I was not looking for something new at the time, but Eva was a great discussion partner from the first contact. She made me want to hear more about the role. During the process leading up to contract signing and beyond, Eva was always very responsive and could clarify issues with impressive speed. She has a great ability to build trust and takes a real interest in individual candidates. Eva and her team are a group of strong professionals, and I am sure I will work with them in the future.”Oyvind OanesCEO 4Finance
“I worked with Eva Shaw on recruiting for a range of senior banking roles across European and CIS markets for almost 2 years. She proved to be a highly qualified HR professional who can plan, organize and deliver complex tasks for multinational organizations.
Eva has a good command of modern recruitment instruments and industry best practices. She knows how to hunt for great talent and thus help organizations grow successfully. She is a charismatic, engaging person: full of determination and enthusiasm which makes her a true HR leader.”Petr BaronCEO, TBIF Financial Services (TBI Bank) Member of ExCo, 4finance
